By using AI Homework Solver (the “service”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
Using the service
You must be at least 13 years old. You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Don’t use the service to break the law, harass anyone, upload content you don’t have the right to share, attempt to overload or reverse-engineer the service, or get around usage limits with multiple accounts or automated tools.
Academic integrity
The service is a study aid. You are responsible for following your school’s and instructor’s rules about outside help and AI tools. Don’t use it where those rules prohibit it, including during proctored or closed-book exams.
AI-generated answers
Answers are generated by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. They are provided for learning and are not professional advice. Check important work before relying on it.
Plans and billing
Free plans include the daily limits shown on the pricing page, which we may change. Pro is a subscription billed in advance through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account page; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give notice before changing the price of an existing subscription.
Your content
You keep ownership of the questions and images you submit. You give us permission to process them to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost grades or academic penalties, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
