This policy explains what AI Homework Solver (“we”, “us”) collects when you use aihomeworksolver.com, and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, optional name, and a securely hashed password, or your Google account’s name and email if you sign in with Google.
• Chats: the text of questions you ask and the answers you receive, saved to your account so you can come back to them. Guest questions are not saved.
• Images: photos and screenshots you upload are sent to our AI provider to answer your question. We do not store them.
• Usage counts: how many questions you’ve asked each day, used to enforce plan limits. For guests we use a random browser identifier and a one-way hash of your network address, not the address itself.
• Payments: Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and a Stripe customer ID, never your full card number.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand which pages and features are used. It sets cookies and collects device and usage information.

How we use it

To answer your questions, keep your chat history, enforce free and paid limits, prevent abuse, process payments, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that run the service: OpenAI (generating answers; under its API terms, submitted content is not used to train its models), Vercel and Google Cloud (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudflare (bot protection with Turnstile, and encrypted database backups in R2), Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in and analytics), and Resend (account emails).

Retention and deletion

Chats are kept until you delete them or your account. You can delete any chat from the chat sidebar, or delete your account and all saved chats from your account page. Payment records may be kept as required for tax and accounting.

Children

The service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Users under 18 should have a parent or guardian’s permission.
