Billing questions.
When do free questions reset?
Free accounts get 5 questions per day. The count resets every day at midnight UTC.
Does a follow-up question count?
Yes. Each message you send counts as one question, including follow-ups and photo questions. If an answer fails, it doesn’t count.
How do I cancel Pro?
Open your account page and choose Manage billing. You can cancel anytime and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Why is there a daily limit on Pro?
Pro includes up to 150 questions a day, far more than a typical study session, to keep the service fast and prevent abuse.
